    在我们国家日益走向繁荣昌盛的今天,我国的建筑工程数量愈来愈多,工程结构日趋复杂,这就给施工管理增加了难度,然而精细化管理理念自20世纪90年代末开始,在我国各个领域以及各个行业当中成为一种流行的管理模式.尤其在建筑工程施工领域,实施精细化管理,不但能够促进工程质量的提升,而且也使施工企业逐步朝着规范化、科学化、现代化方向发展.
