    Abstract：

    建筑工程行业是我国的高危行业,在工作当中时常出现安全事故问题,这不仅给企业带来很大的损失,同时对于出事的工人和其家人而言也是非常痛苦的.而建筑工程监理的目的 就是在施工过程中起到监督的作用,无论是施工的质量还是进度都属于建筑工程监理的范畴.但从目前我国建筑工程监理的实际情况来看,还存在很大的弊端,在工作流程和制度方面存在很多不合理性.为此,本文就如何加强建筑工程监理工作进行探讨,并提出相关建议.
