    Abstract：

    近年来,随着社会经济的大力发展,我国建筑业的规模也在不断扩大,技术的提高,为建筑行业带来了更加广阔的发展空间.建筑行业的能源消耗情况是较为严重的,随着人们保护环境的意识逐渐提高,对建筑行业的要求也在提高,节能技术的使用是势在必行的.本文通过对房屋建筑工程的节能施工技术进行分析,提出一些建议,为建筑行业施工技术的提高提供一些参考,提高建筑的质量和效率,促进建筑行业长久稳定发展.
