    Abstract：

    目前,在我国建筑工程施工中,由于墙体施工节能保温工序十分烦琐,容易开裂及保温性能较差,并且装饰效果不优.而外墙保温装饰施工技术的应用可以有效解决施工问题,不仅具有良好的保温性能,还能与建筑装饰融为一体,起到保护好建筑的作用.因此在房屋建筑工程中应用外墙保温装饰施工技术是非常重要的,本文从外墙保温装饰施工技术入手,对房屋建筑工程外墙保温装饰施工的重要作用进行分析,然后对施工技术要点进行分析,最后提出相应的措施,以期为房屋建筑施工提供参考依据.
