    Abstract：

    我国从20世纪开始迈入老龄化行列以来,老龄化的程度不断加深,我国将会有超过1.9亿的老年人居家养老.而当前老年人的住区多为20世纪建成,建筑结构质量和居住空间都难以满足老年人居住的实际需求.鉴于此,本文以沈阳万和郦景小区为案例,从玄关、起居室以及卧室等具体居住空间分区入手,分析既有住区居住空间适老化改造的具体策略,目的 是为既有住区适老化改造提供思路.
