    新时期,我国城市化发展进程不断加快,城市人口数量不断增多,为了更好的满足人们生活、生产方式需求,城乡建设项目规模、数量有了很大程度的提高,这也导致土地资源变得愈加紧张.为了有效缓解城乡发展、土地资源间的矛盾,必须要同时做好城乡规划建设和土地管理工作,从而保证二者协调发展.
