    近年来,市场经济的快速进步为房地产行业的发展奠定了良好的基础,且两者之间的联系也愈发密切,如何平衡两者之间的关系,找到协调发展的基点,是当前需要重视和解决的问题.基于此,从房地产行业的现状以及两者的特点出发,详细分析房地产经济发展的意义、价值、存在的问题以及措施等,希望能够提供相应的借鉴和参考.
