    Abstract：

    当前,我国的土地储备主动权一直掌握在政府手中,所以在土地储备资金出现短缺的情况下,出现了私募股权融资以缓解土地收储利益冲突的现象.本文以山东省三线城市为例,分析我国土地储备融资的政策变革,并研究其模式创新的路径,旨在为我国其他三线城市的土地储备融资活动提供借鉴和参考.
