    Abstract：

    目前,随着我国社会经济的发展,我国城市建设规模也在逐渐增加,建筑工程用地的增加给环境带来了负面的影响,这在一定程度上直接影响了我国的可持续化发展.对此,开展土地利用规划环境影响评价研究、建立科学的指标及评价方式十分重要.本文就对土地利用规划环境影响评价中存在的问题进行分析,同时提出有效的改进措施.
