    随着国家乡村发展新战略和国家空间治理新要求的提出,我国乡村发展模式和村庄规划迎来新的变革.本文依据"两山理论""乡村振兴战略"和"国土空间规划"新时代政策背景 对村庄规划的要求进行了阐述,针对当前村庄规划存在的问题,提出了新时代村庄规划编制对策.
