    Abstract：

    随着我国经济的稳步发展,我国建筑行业也向着高质量建设方向发展,然而虽然已经开始重视了建筑工程管理对于施工建设的作用,但是在实际管理过程中依然存在一些问题.基于此,本文首先分析了建筑工程管理的意义,再分析了影响建筑工程管理的因素,最后分析了建筑工程管理的对策,以此来供相关人士交流参考.
