    Abstract：

    目前,我国民用建筑施工中,越来越多的运用绿色施工技术,其目的 就是实现节能环保的绿色施工,减少项目资源消耗、环境污染,对施工期间的生产材料回收再利用,提高资源利用效率.本文首先对绿色施工技术及其特征进行了简单分析,其后探讨了绿色施工技术在民用建筑施工中的应用情况,最后针对如何提升绿色节能施工技术应用水平提出了几点建议.
