Abstract：
水轮发电机组是水电力发电过程中将水的势能转换为动能并最终转换为电能，实现并网发电的关键设备，是水电站中的核心部分。在目前水电站建设规模逐渐扩大的发展形势下，在建设过程中，应重视水轮发电机组的安装施工环节，明确具体的安装工艺质量要求，并掌握安装技术要点，针对常见问题做好预防和控制，加强安装质量管控，切实保障机组安装质量。文章就重点研究水轮发电机组安装技术要点和质量控制措施，以供参考。
