    Abstract：

    城市规模的扩大,首要不可避免地带来交通问题:修建城市高架和快速道路,将城市工作、生产、生活、娱乐、居住等各种功能相串联.可是一味增加道路数量、宽度,为道路提速,并不能缓解城市交通压力、真正解决拥堵的问题.要树立"窄马路、密路网"的城市道路布局理念,建设快速路、主次干路和支路级配合理的道路网系统,正是为大城市注入生命活力,塑造亲人尺度,打造活力街区,颠覆城市"高楼林立的水泥森林"建筑体验的一种新的导向.其中桃浦智创城603地块则是打造活力街区"窄马路、密路网"的典型案例.
