    海绵城市理念是新时期我国城市化建设过程中的一个重要指导理念,其倡导在下雨时渗水、吸水、储水、净水,缺水时再有效应用这些雨水,以实现水资源的高效利用与节约利用,保护生态环境,其本质是使城市经济发展与环境保护相协调.文章主要探讨了海绵城市理念下的居住区建筑设计策略,希望能够为促进居住区建筑设计水平的提高及建筑行业的发展提供一定帮助.
