    想要对建筑工程的造价进行控制,首先要做的就是进行投资估算工作,而建筑工程在实际生活中所具有的可行性又是影响工程造价中投资估算的一个重要因素.因此本篇文章就对基于建筑工程造价中的投资估算工作进行了分析,同时研究了投资估算所具有的实际作用,最终为投资估算工作的高效运行提供一定建议.
