    近年来,随着我国经济建设的快速发展,我国建筑行业发展非常迅速,推动我国快速进入现代化发展阶段.随着我国建筑行业现代化进程的不断深入,装配式建筑因其既能提高工程效率,又能兼顾节能环保而被大力推广,在装配式建筑企业前期运营阶段,装配式建筑的成本高于传统浇筑式建筑施工的问题严重影响了其发展.
