    Abstract：

    城市隧道工程在施工过程中存在诸多的风险,合理应用变形监测,可以有效的降低施工风险.本文以北京市南水北调南干渠工程为实例,应用合理有效的变形监测方法对该工程进行监测,并对监测数据进行分析和预估.在该工程中通过应用合理有效的变形监测方法,成功预估监测出7处达到警戒值的监测点,通知施工单位提前采取措施,未发生事故.经实践证明,合理应用变形监测方法,可以有效降低城市隧道工程施工风险.
