    Abstract：

    装配式建筑作为一种高效环保的建筑生产方式,一直备受建筑业业内专业人士的关注,其设计、生产、施工的一系列环节均得到人们的详细研究,而BIM技术作为可视化、模拟性极强的信息化技术,近年来被广泛应用于装配式建筑的施工过程中.本文以新时期装配式建筑为基本的讨论对象,探讨其基于BIM技术的具体施工流程,并分析BIM技术在施工过程中的应用价值.
