随着全球气候变暖的加剧以及我国生态文明建设的推进,海绵城市因其良好的吸水性、持水性和释水性,逐步成为国家统筹解决水资源、水安全、水环境等水系统问题的重要措施和手段,我国海绵城市建设的脚步开始逐渐加快.本文以望城滨水新城张家湖片区为例,对海绵城市建设中海绵系统方案的构建进行了探讨,并对目标可达性进行了分析,为湖南省开展海绵城市建设提供参考和借鉴.
