    Abstract：

    当前,我国对中职教育的建设与发展越来越关注,使得中职院校规模不断扩大,与此同时,对于班级管理与教学管理也更为重视.中职学生被称为"半只脚踏入社会的人",很多学生往往只注重学习专业技能,而忽略了自身的素质问题.作为中职班主任,既要负责教学工作,还应负责班级管理工作,只有兼顾好二者,才能够真正发挥出班主任的作用.
