    近年来,伴随我国经济的进步,很多人外出选择飞机出行,这势必带动民航业的蓬勃发展.随着北京第二机场的兴建,北京的的航空产业需要大量高素质的航务服务人才.然而,学生培养的过程中还是出现了一些问题,本文就从岗位需求出发,提出高职航空服务人才培养的建议.
