Abstract：
21世纪初，伴随着经济社会的不断发展，人们对居住条件更加重视，对居住环境提出了更高的要求。对城市房屋的建筑问题更加关注，老旧小区的改造已经成为亟须解决的问题。加大对老旧小区的改造力度可以在很大程度上提高人们的居住水平。本文阐述了对老旧小区进行结构改造的必要性，分析了老旧小区在改造当中对结构进行加固的技术应用。
