    地铁不仅能够解决城市的交通紧张局势，还是城市实现现代化交通的一种标志，某种程度上来说更是一个国家综合实力提升的表现。在地铁的建设过程中，盾构掘进是其中的一个关键环节，盾构掘进过程中下穿周边建（构）筑物质量的高低对整个地铁工程的质量有些重大的影响，并且直接影响着地铁工程的使用功能。
