Abstract：
随着近些年来我国城市化规模的不断扩大,我国建筑工程行业获得了前所未有的发展,随之也产生了相应的房屋安全问题,房屋安全鉴定是保障房屋建筑安全的必要手段之一,开展房屋安全鉴定,有利于及时发现房屋安全隐患,并进行加固工作.在房屋的安全鉴定工作中,房屋结构检测能够从科学的角度上对房屋实行"体检",能够有效保障房屋的安全性和稳固性.房屋结构检测是一项较为复杂的工作,需要工程人员纠正错误检测方法,实现"以重点检测为主,以部分检测为辅"的检测方针,并完善对不同类型房屋的检测技术.
