    Abstract：

    古语说"不知礼,无以立",又说"言而无文,行之不远".由此可见,在人类进步发展中,文化的重要作用是不言而喻的,特别是在教育中,文化对人的礼仪教育具有指引的意义.从小学礼仪教育来看,文以化人,知书达理应是较好的策略.本文以此为探讨对象,旨在通过文化教育小学生知书达理的对策提出,为促进小学生礼仪文明水平的提高出谋划策.
