    Abstract：

    随着社会的发展,人们对于学前教育的质量要求越来越高,对幼儿教师的要求也越来越严格.幼儿师范班主任是幼师学习过程中的核心人物,班主任不仅关系到班级的幼师的学习质量,而且还会对幼师将来的教育理念有所影响.幼儿师范班主任的道德素质更是决定了班级的教育质量.本文主要研究了幼儿师范班主任的道德构成,旨在培养优秀的幼儿教师.
