    Abstract：

    人事档案是人才信息的重要载体,也是对人才考核的主要的依据,在经济的快速的发展之下,我国的人才流动是比较频繁,从而对人事档案的管理工作也变得困难起来,对人事档案的管理的要求也变得更高.所以,对人事档案工作的管理要提高专业性,形成系统的科学方法,加强信息的管理,使得人事档案信息质量以及真实度提高,档案管理人员要提高自己的专业水平,培养自己的综合素质,使得人事档案资源发挥自己的作用,有效的对社会资源进行配置.
