    随着教学体制改革的不断推进,中职学校的德育工作开展过程中也出现了很多新的问题和挑战.因此,要想适应社会形势的变化,中职学校就必须要采取措施来提升德育工作的实效性.基于此,本文将主要分析目前中职学校德育工作中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出提升中职学校德育工作实效性的策略.
