    在各种新型教育理念的影响下,教育者在从事教学和管理工作时,已经有意识地关注和凸显学生的主体地位,把"促使学生全面发展"当做最高教学目标,并为此不懈努力.身为新时代的高中班主任,我们更应及时了解学生的动态,把握学生的诉求,掌握管理和教育学生的方法艺术,为学生的健康成长,优秀班级的建设奠定良好的基础.本文主要探究和分析了高中班主任工作中有效的管理和教育艺术.
