    Abstract：

    在现在建筑行业急剧上升发展的年代,建筑工程项目工程量越来越大,建设项目需要的时间变长,人力、物力、财力也向上突飞猛进的上升,建筑工程项目所涉及的方面区域也在扩大.建筑工程项目的完成过程中技术的繁杂,也意味着建筑工程所带来弊端,其风险要比其他项目运作大得多.显而易见,在建筑工程建设工程中我们应该严格把控建筑工程项目的风险.以下探讨关于建筑工程项目风险管理.
