    Abstract：

    高中化学与初中化学在知识深度和广度上存在明显的差异,许多学生在初中化学成绩优异,但是进入高中阶段以后却无法很好的开展化学学习.这就需要化学教师做好高中化学的衔接工作,只有这样才能有效提高学生的学习效率和质量.本文分析了人教版初高中化学衔接教学中存在问题,并提出了具体的衔接办法.
