    随着新课程改革的不断实施,对高中体育教学提出了新的要求,更加注重对于学生综合能力的培养.所以我们要对高中体育教学上更加重视,在保证学生学习能力不断提高的同时,学生的体能训练也要不断加强,促进学生的全面发展.本文简述了高中体育教学中采用素质体能训练的作用,并提出了在高中体育教学中加强素质体能训练的策略.
