    Abstract：

    随着人民日益增长的文化娱乐活动的需求及来自百姓自发组建的民间艺术社团的不断兴起,居民在自娱自乐中增进了友谊、团结,促进了社会和谐发展.但是,随着活动的不断开展,居民原有的知识水平已经不能满足实际的需要,由政府主导的"艺术指导员"队伍应运而生,送课进社区,送教到百姓身边,极大丰富与提升了居民的文化生活,更好地促进了"幸福沈河"建设.
