    Abstract：

    学生学习数学掌握和运用的第一项能力就是计算能力.由于小学生各项能力都处于萌芽和形成初期,计算能力也是需要一步一步的慢慢引导和培养的.这就需要小学数学教师针对当前学生们普遍存在的口算能力薄弱、对算数公式、定理的理解模糊不清以及不良的学习习惯等现象制定出合理、科学的教学方案,创新教学方法,吸引学生的注意力,让他们体验到数学的乐趣,调动他们学习的欲望,这样就能在潜移默化中提高学生的计算能力.在此,文章就从学生的学习兴趣和学习习惯的培养、数学潜能的开发来作为入手点,提出对应的举措.
