    Abstract：

    为了培养适应21世纪所需要的现代化建设人才,素质教育的推行是很有必要的.学校作为实施索质教育的主阵地,教师是实施素质教育的主要承担者.因此,作为中学语文教师,必须做好本学科的教学工作,以全面提高全体学生的基本素质为教学工作,更重要的是要教师本身不断提升自己的教学理念和教学水平,这上实施素质教育的最基本保障.
