    Abstract：

    随着素质教育的不断推行,对于学生的教育也提出了多元化教学理念,家校合作这种新的教学理念主张"让家长积极的参与进来配合老师的教学",不仅减轻了老师的教学负担,同时对于家长来说能够及时的了解到孩子自身的成长情况从而在家庭中进行更好的教学.本文就以小学生的家校合作教学理念为主要研究方向,通过分析存在的问题和现状,采取策略达到一个好的教学效果.
