    近年来,教师待遇不断提高,但是教师的责任和压力也在不断增加,不少教师产生了职业倦怠.如何调适和消除教师职业倦怠心理,提升教师的幸福感呢?这已成为大家关注的话题.在我看来,我觉得一个幸福的教师应该做到心中有梦、工作有心、身上有情、手中有书.
