    当前档案信息资源开发利用以前所未有的手段,在前所未有的范围内,发挥着前所未有的作用,迫切要求加强档案资源安全体系的建设.加强档案资源安全体系的建设,对于落实科学发展观、促进经济和社会协调、可持续发展具有重要的现实意义和历史意义.现就加强我局档案资源建设谈几点思考.
