    Abstract：

    近来各种报刊上发表的关于"如何转化后进生"的文章比比皆是,可是人们往往忽略另一个集体---对优等生的培养.在发现优等生长处的同时,也不能忽视他们的弱点,要肯定其所长,但也要指出和弥补其不足之处.对待好学生始终要坚持两分法,对优秀学生坚持"优育"原则,采取正确的策略.本文就此做了简要的阐述.
