    Abstract：

    在我国"大众创业,万众创新"的大背景下,如何将"工匠精神"有效融入高职院校"创新、创业"人才培养,是高职院校亟需解决的问题.本文首先分析了"工匠精神"与高职院校"双创"人才培养的契合性,然后从教学内容、教学方法和评价体系改革等三个方面介绍如何构建基于"工匠精神"的高职院校"双创"人才培养模式.
