    "一带一路"倡议的实施使得商务合同翻译越来越重要.商务合同英语作为一种特有的法律文本具有法律语言的严谨性特征和合同条款的准确性特征,商务合同中专业术语使用较多,句式复杂严谨.商务合同翻译应遵守并灵活运用词语对等、语法对等、文体对等、意义对等的翻译原则.
