    本文以高职院校电商类学生隐性职业素养培育为研究对象.从探讨隐性职业素养的内涵,分析了隐性职业素养包含的内容,探索电商类学生隐性职业素养内化机制的模型,建立实际可操作流程和办法,最后提出了优化建议.
