    "一带一路"国家战略背景下急需懂业务的商务英语口译人才,培养学生思辨能力是商务英语口译课程的一个重要宗旨和目标.本文以Facione思辨能力模型为基础,以"一带一路"为背景,以商务英语口译课程为载体,从它的课程情境选择、课前设计、课堂活动、课后反思和巩固等方面探讨了如何培养学生的思辨认知能力和情感特质旨在为以思辨能力培养为导向的英语专业知识课程教学改革提供参考及可操作的解决方案.
