Abstract：

本文对我国建筑工业化的发展现状、优势进行分析,根据目前建筑工业化中装配式建筑的推广情况,分析国家对装配式人才的数量和质量需求,提出基于装配式建造技术的土建类人才培养模式与教育实践改革策略.
