    Abstract：

    当前我国大概有450万名中学班主任,他们兼顾着教书和育人的双重责任.在这群中学科任班主任队伍中,语文科任教师的比例较大,影响着更大的中学生群体.但由于班主任工作压力大、语文教学任务繁重,很多一线语文教师不愿、不敢兼做班主任,导致语文教师兼做班主任的优势被完全轻视.实际上,中学语文教师兼做班主任利大于弊,且较之于其他科任教师,语文教师兼做班主任更具有优势.
