    上世纪初我国开始采用班级授课制,班级管理的班主任制也相继孕育而生,其中数学学科教师担任班主任工作的情况几乎存在每个学校.数学学科教师的数学教学与德育教育都非常重要,二者都可以对学生产生很大的影响,这就要求教师具备较高的数学专业素养与班主任综合素养.
