    "以人为本"是各行各业发展的要求,时代进步的人文体现."以人为本"强调的是"发展为了人,发展依靠人",它要求我们工作一切都要从人民的需用出发,促进人的全面发展,实现人民的根本利益."以人为本"的本质在于激励人的积极性,发挥人的创造性,引导人们去实现目标.文章重点就以人为本的中职图书馆管理新思路进行研究分析,以供参考和借鉴.
