    Abstract：

    "生活即教育,社会即学校,教学做合一"是陶行知教育思想的核心和精髓,因此我们的教育应该是开放的,应该是求异的,让学生的个性得到充分的发展;让学生在生活中接受教育,在生活中锻炼成长;要尊重学生、坚持以学生为主体;要面向全体学生,要求每个学生全面发展.教育应该促进人的发展,让学生学会认知,适应环境;要学生学会做事,把学到的方法用到实践中去;要学生学会共同生活,学会交往,要有合作精神,主动和其他人共同完成合作目标;还要学生学会生存的本领.
