    Abstract：

    德育教育是学校教育的重要部分.中小学德育教育的成效如何,将会对学生的成长和发展产生深远的影响.目前,困扰农村中小学育人质量的突出问题是德育工作实效性低,对学生的自主发展意识培养不够.因此如何提高农村中小学德育工作实效,使学生健康成长,是摆在每位教育工作者面前的现实问题.结合多年的教育工作实践,笔者就这一问题做一些尝试性探讨.
